Billing & Insurance

Please verify with the insurance company that we participate in the specific plan you are considering.

We participate with the following plans and affiliated networks:

• Aetna (includes Meritain and other shared network plans)
• Amerihealth (not Caritas)
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (Highmark, Horizon, and other out of state PPO plans)
• Cigna (includes other shared network plans)
• Independence Blue Cross/Keystone
• United Healthcare
• Multiplan/PHCS network

We do not participate with any Medicaid or Medicare plans.  

We are currently not in network for AM Better Health, Amerihealth Caritas, and Tricare.

Copays and applicable deductibles are due at the time of your office visit.

Late fees will apply for overdue balances.

Questions about your invoice and other payments due can answered by our billing staff.
